UK SHIPPING

All orders placed for delivery in the UK, valuing £20 and above, will receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. Orders placed below the minimum order value of £20 will be charged at a nominal rate for STANDARD SHIPPING.

STANDARD SHIPPING is provided by Royal Mail, DPD or any other carrier of our choosing. The delivery time for Standard Shipping varies between 1-3 Working Days (delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays).

You can opt for TRACKED NEXT DAY DELIVERY provided by any carrier of our choosing, on all orders. The cost for Next Day Shipping in November and December varies between zero and £20, depending on the weight of the products ordered. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sundays or bank holidays.

EU SHIPPING

All orders placed for delivery in the EU have an option of either STANDARD or PRIORITY SHIPPING and FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders OVER £30.

STANDARD SHIPPING is provided by DPD or any other carrier of our choosing. The delivery time for Standard Shipping varies between 6-10 Working Days (delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays) and the cost can vary between £2 - £8.50, depending on the weight of the Products ordered.

You can opt for PRIORITY SHIPPING provided by DPD or any carrier of our choosing, on all orders. The cost for Priority Shipping varies between £7.50 - £30, depending on the weight of the Products ordered. Priority Shipping orders are tracked and the delivery time varies between 3-5 Working Days (delivery time does not include Saturday, Sundays or bank holidays).

The delivery time for Standard Shipping varies between 8-14 Working Days (delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays) and the cost can vary between £7.50 - £10, depending on the weight of the Products ordered.

You can opt for PRIORITY SHIPPING provided by DPD or any carrier of our choosing, on all orders. The cost for Priority Shipping varies between £10 - £40, depending on the weight of the Products ordered. Priority Shipping orders are tracked and the delivery time varies between 5-7 Working Days (delivery time does not include Saturday, Sundays or bank holidays).

TAXES & DUTIES

We do charge VAT on orders placed for despatch in the UK and in the EU.

Items shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by GLAM DOLL.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our Carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
